No work life balance No one will give hand to those who are falling, I have seen many good people leave Employees are fooled by sending to US on Business VISA and slogged extra hours Very less per-dim paid You need to keep each and every bill daily to claim the money spent in USA or u loose it Long working hours Work Overload No proper management guidance No good management Review system is said to be transparent but thats not true.
