      Employee Friendly firm with good exposure. Poor work life balance

      Pros

      1) Employee Friendly firm with niche set of people working for it. 2) Highly charged work atmosphere with co-workers hired from prestigious institutes like IITs/ISB/IIMs 3) Lots of perks and facilities offered to keep employees happy. 4) Challenging Assignments. A decent tenure will help you learn to multitask / be more organized/ develop good presentation skills. 5) Good on-site opportunities.

      Cons

      1) Less opportunities to learn consulting at Associate Level. 2) Most projects are operations based with unstructured, adhoc type of work. 3) Less focus on documentation/process improvement/Code Walk Th-roughs 4) Most projects are Under staffed,resulting in stress and burnouts

      Pros

      co-workers had a great relationship with each other and there were lots of social activities that helped everyone interact and get to know one another. I loved the free snacks and lots of free meals really helped at work. people were generally friendly.

      Cons

      HR people were not very friendly and you had to run after them to get stuff done sometimes begrudgingly. As a new person, I was made to feel welcome on the first day and then forgotten about. there was no guidance or leadership after the initial welcoming. I was constantly shuffled around from desk to desk every week as they did not have a permanent place for me due to renovations and seats being moved around. This made it hard for me to get to know people.

      Nice people around to work with, good opportunities they offer, good growth compared to similar companies, cross-office work, early responsibilities on your shoulders
