      Good pay, regular opportunity for advancement, large responsibilities, and great business training

      Staffing is unpredictable and managers dictate difficult timelines that leads to very poor work life balance at times.

      Great work life balance Very interesting industry to focus on Associates are some of the most intelligent and talented people in the industry

      Cons

      Projects can get repetitive as the same approach is often applied to a variety of different problems. HR and other support organizations do not achieve the same high standards of competency as the professional services side.

      Project work is challenging and many of the management team are truly interested in developing people, so you learn fast Competitive salary Quality and expectations are high Decent training that seems to be improving as well

      Cons

      People keep to themselves, get their work done and get out - not a lot of social interaction Projects are assigned based on what the company needs, little to no discussion in advance about what you want to be working on
