      + Brand Recognition within Healthcare + Smart and helpful people (at all levels) + Right amount of flexibility + Interesting work, if you take the initiative

      Cons

      - Work life balance (if you dont know how consulting is) - Very Sr. Management is still sometime stuck in old school thinking - Variable mix of managers/Principals

      - Good learning on hardcore analysis and presentation skills.

      Cons

      Work's very repetitive after you have done it once. Compensation not commensurate with amount of time you have to put in. Review process is completely messed up!

      Pros

      Collegial and informal environment. Very bright and fun people. A lot of responsibility given early on. A lot of client exposure early on. Travel can be very limited.

      Cons

      Work structure and project staffing is chaotic. Work hours are unnecessarily long due to ineffective organization. Support functions such as HR and Finance/Accounting have not kept up with the tremendous growth of the company over the years.
