- Awful management / intense micromanagement - Covid was not taken seriously. Work from home was only allowed for the first two months (March 2020-May 2020). Then everyone was forced to go back into office when we could do our job perfectly fine from home. ZT had outbreaks and did nothing to protect employees. - Overtime work happened every single night as well as weekend work. Don’t expect any extra pay for working overtime. - Low staff departments and they won’t hire to help. They just expect people to work overtime. - No growth opportunities. Growth in ZT is dependent on how long you have been there not by your quality of work. - Hostile environment between teams in the company. Teams are always fighting with each other and complaining instead of working together.
