Pros

I love what I am doing at ZT and I really enjoy working here. It meets all my definition of a good company: 1. It's in an industry that grows quickly which give us more opportunity to grow. 2. Flexible yet structured management style. Managers are willing to help us learn more while they give us enough freedom to tackle challenges in our own ways. 3. It is a private company. It allows the company to focus on the long term goal rather than short term financial benefits.

Cons

This is actually the feedback I get from most other people. The pay for entry-level position sometimes is not that ideal. But if you work well, the benefits would be satisfying.

Pros

Good place to start off as a entry level job, you gain a lot of experience under your belt. Good setting as a office level job as a good stepping stone to climb in the industry..

Cons

Company is still growing, and so are the policies which keep changing, due to this management are always at a loss in what needs to be done or what is the best way to approach situations. Communication could be better. Some teams in 40-50 building are left feeling very unappreciated but other company teams. A lot of work load is given with lots of responsibility, that should be other teams job. not much recognition is given for higher position opportunities. Outsiders with experience are considered better then Internal with experience.

Pros

Great place to work and a wonderful team atmosphere. "People first" is one of ZT's core values and you really see it on a daily basis here. I have never seen teams come together and accomplish what we do in the time that we do it. The executive management really knows what they are doing, and I have full confidence in them. I have the best manager of my 18 year career, and I've had lots of them to compare to. The people here are what make ZT what it is. From the President on down, we have high caliber, hard-working people who come together and accomplish great things. We also have great benefits as well. I would be very happy to be able to finish out my professional career here at ZT.

Cons

Very fast pace , so with that comes some stress, but it's just the right amount to keep me on my toes always and continue challenging me. Work hard, play hard, right?
