Pros

- People that you work with are friendly and open-minded. Great culture and value. - Ample workspace with standing desks. - Cater lunches on Tues and Thurs. - Relatively easy technical interview. - Very flexible work hour policy, a plus to work-life balance.

Cons

- Lack of compensation and promotion. - As team grows, watch out for getting pigeonholed into doing specific tasks, resulting in lack of personal growth. - Lack of mentoring for onboarding employees ( and even some current employees) - Political correctness at workplace can be over the top. - Having to wear different hats probably result from hiring lots of juniors instead of retaining and promoting senior employees.

Overall a decent company: good work/life balance but not the place for rocket growth

Pros

- Great work/life balance. It wasn't uncommon for people to work from home once a week. - People are friendly and easy to get along with - Catered lunch every Tuesday and Thursday - People generally learn a lot, and later go on to great companies

Cons

- Compensation is below industry standard - Lots of legacy code - It may be the size of a startup but it has the corporate politics and lethargy of a large corporation, largely because it was acquired by Realogy a few years ago - Unclear promotional path, with some of it being luck and how much they have in their budget - Administrative bloat (there were 20 senior executives for 170 total employees) - Generally not the best mentorship

Pros

- Varies by manager, but there are some very helpful managers who are wiling to guide you towards promotion and self development. Literally everyone is very open to answering questions anytime. - Catering twice a week. - Very social, theres DnD, Sports, some teams go to the bars together. Most people I met are very welcoming. - Some higher ups were concerned about how satisfied Jr.s were and worked to make sure concerns were met. - New CEO and such, a lot of optimism in the company.

Cons

- Pay. - Since Realogy has acquired the company, I've heard some complaints about it takes more time for Jr.s to get compensation increases, and promotions.
