Pros

Engineers are very accessible, you can easily approach them and talk about what they've been working on in the company. Everyone is really friendly and really do enjoy helping new interns learn more about software development.

Cons

Their stack is a little bit dated and some of the legacy code is difficult to read. Was difficult to make impactful changes as an intern, but still doable if you put in the work

Pros

The people are awesome, the work environment is super nice. Growing fast!

Cons

Everything is in flux because it's in a huge expansion phase. Many systems/procedures are in active development. But that's how it's gotta be when you're growing

Pros

- Many opportunities for career and skill set growth - Company is growing - Great people and culture - Backed by big, stable company - Fast paced - Collaborative that is based on personal relationships and trust - Independence and ownership of your work - interesting projects with lots of opportunity

Cons

Not many - Growing quickly so there are organizational pains with processes, etc, but this are usually addressed quickly - Office space is getting too small but they have plans to expand - no "bottomless" snacks, although they provide lunch 2 times a week - location can feel isolated (it is on the bay)
