Pros

- Great collaborative environment - Flexible work hours - Fun challenging work - Pool table on 2nd floor - Garage with lots of parking - Catered lunch on Tues/Thursday - Mentors provide guidance when needed but aren't constantly looking over your shoulders or hand holding - Everyone is super friendly

Cons

- Pay could be more competitive especially when compared to average new grad salaries - They could provide lunch everyday - Tech stack could be better (there's still contractor style of coding everywhere + code dating back to early 2000s) - Database is a disorganized mess - Lack of documentation often leaves many questions along with many different answers

Pros

Wonderful people that tend to be fun, curious, and don't take themselves too seriously. Our culture is super collaborative - there's a lot of face-to-face interaction, and we're always working together to solve problems. On the flip side, there's plenty of time to code and be an engineer - schedules aren't filled with unnecessary meetings. Management is always approachable and understanding. There's a real opportunity to make a difference, and for your voice to be heard. Because we're a relatively small team, employees have the opportunity to learn a broad skill set, and aren't locked too much into one area. People are encouraged to explore things they're interested in, which I truly appreciate. The work-life balance is quite awesome - it's nice to be able to go home at the end of the day.

Cons

- It can be a bit chaotic (good in certain cases, but can feel disorganized at other times). - It's sometimes difficult to get critical feedback. - It would be nice to feel more connected to our parent company, Realogy - there are some wonderful people there, but (in general) their corporate image makes it difficult to relate.
