Colleagues are supportive, leadership is approachable, and there’s a strong sense of collaboration and trust which is really helpful for someone that is new to the industry. A great place for those who value autonomy and growth in a fast-moving environment.

Cons

Some internal processes are still evolving as the company scales, but with that, brings opportunities too.
