      Pros

      Staff and lower level managers are really good people who are under appreciated and underpaid.

      Cons

      Far too much political BS. clique group mentality. doesnt matter if you have the best skills or experience in a team or highly regarded by your customer base. You will not get on if your face does not fit. You will eventually be pushed out on the street without any consideration.

      Pros

      Great experience working for Zayo. The teams and overall relations between colleagues is easy, strong and honest. The work type varies so it will never be boring. Excellent way to start a career with many learning experiences and solid support from teammates.

      Cons

      The changes sometime may be a little too fast paced and might become overwhelming. Other than that, no real cons.
