Management forces employees (verbally never in email) to inappropriately charge work time on timesheets. Management only care about their stock units and bonuses. Management has told lower level managers to work their employees hard and ensure they leave tired everyday. Current management has fired every decent manager that cared about the employee. Too much water cooler talk. If someone does not like you they will figure out a way to get rid of you. zColo buys good companies and destroys them. Best managers are gone. If you are not one of "them" you are gone. Cahoots between Human Resources and management.

Where do I start? They take away work from home. Ok, so I fly hundreds of miles to HQ but then I get there and they don't have anywhere for me to sit! There are, no joke, nearly ONE HUNDRED people waiting for desks at Zayo Office. So why ask people to come into the office if there are no physical accommodations? Act first, think later is the motto of Zayo, which is why they announced yet another giant restructuring where they are splitting the company into two, one remains Zayo, the other is just a place to house their unprofitable segments. More chaos and confusion and inability to do our jobs because Dan woke up one day and decided he didn't like Enterprise. The pay structure is nonsensical, you will always be underpaid and the promotion structure makes no sense, people from non-technical backgrounds are put in highly technical positions and it just adds to the insanity. You have been warned. If you work here you will not have a desk, you will not have ANY training, you will have unrealistic goals from your managers who have no clue what you actually do. Another review said "like a badly managed startup " which is startlingly accurate. Take it from the other 500+ reviews. We're hardworking people who are sick of being abused by the C-team.
