Pros

My department is fun, good people. They all try and when it come to crunch time we knuckle down and get it done. Salary, PTO and benefits are decent. The office environment in Boulder is nice. Let me share, any positive post here on or around March 18. Management asked employees to write reviews.

Cons

In the department procedures are Always changing and no one seems to know that is going on. Any given day is like a surprise of what The system did or did not update over night. We acquired a new company, here have more work to do. Very frustrating.

Pros

Some pockets of the place are probably good. There are really good people here.

Cons

Recently someone posted on "chatter" complaining about the negative glass door reviews and asked people to go post real and honest review. I think maybe this person forgot about how bad the employee satisfaction surveys have been for the last year. Okay, here's an honest review. This place has a lot of problems. The only thing this place cares about is turning up revenue, everything else takes a back burner. Operations, security, network architecture, systems, process, you name it, they are all on back burner and they are all a problem. Systems are a huge problem, with no clear ownership or oversight from anyone. Any issues in the systems brought to the CIO would probably be blamed on the product groups. Have a record quarter like waves did last quarter for installs? Don't worry, your CEO will tell the whole company how bad you were on the quarterly all hands. I bet it's fun to hear that when you worked 60+ hour weeks over holidays making that revenue happen.
