Great Co-workers, flexibility to work remote/hybrid

Cons

Middle managers are rough; definitely feels like they are doing everything justify their existence. Sales is trying to work but we haven't had marketing support since our last CMO left.

Pros

STAY AWAY! The only good thing is that they have some really good people that you get to work with. They will be the ONLY thing that gets you through the day.

Cons

Where do I start.... Management is a toxic dumpster fire. They have no clue what they are doing. Everything is expedited with the direction to "Just get it done." They always move the goal posts on you without clear direction and/or help and then withhold your salary increase and bonus. They also will not let you transfer to other teams even if it is for the same job . They will verbally abuse you in meetings in front of other team members. There is NO training, everything is sink or swim. HR will do nothing to help you even if you file a formal complaint. They will protect the management at all costs. If you say anything to disagree with management they will put a target on your back and have you in the next round of layoffs.
