      Pros

      Lots of locations across the US and OCONUS making it easier to "take" a position with you if you are a military spouse or dependent. They are listed as a MilSpouse preferred employer but there are costs.

      Cons

      Very low pay without negotiation, benefits are terrible, just took away overtime, behind the times when it comes to how to engage with employees. They did keep staff on during COVID but require you take vacation time if you get sick or if a family member gets sick and you cannot work. No telework authorized for most positions. If you do not have vacation time and get COVID, or you are suspected of being sick, you are to take unpaid time off.

      Thank you for your feedback. Our management team works very hard to communicate during the pandemic and provide extensive employee support and extended leave balances for staff. We were pleased that 99% of our staff was able to shift to virtual delivery and continue to support servicemembers. We are sorry that your employment with Zeiders did not meet your expectations.
