The mission of helping the military spouses. Cover the cost of certification

Cons

Not a lot of flexibility with work schedule They audit calls and it subjective in what works and doesnt work Management isn’t very responsive to call for questions, but quick to reprimand for a mistake Salary isn’t in alignment with the work They have good work life values, but management doesn’t implement those values

The boss is “best friends” with a woman there who is a manipulative bully. She manages to get everyone who threatens her fired. I watched as she black balled so many excellent employees from going on assignment because they caught her in lies from her constant disorganization. One day she walked in. Picked up three inch high heel stilettos and said “I have a private meeting with the boss”. Suddenly she is no longer a contract employee but a full time employee. I watched as the government was told they were being given one product and reality was the people in the field were told not to provide that service. It was highly unprofessional in the office. The only reason they keep their contracts has to be because no one has turned them in for inspection.

Not A Quality of Life Organization

Company offers the opportunity to telework in support of some contracts.

Cons

Not the work-life balance organization they claim to be. Leadership is not held accountable and often abuse their power and harass employees versus live the values the company claims to uphold. Employees are not left with any recourse because the human resources department is pro company and not pro-ethical and fair business practices.
