      Biggest Disappointment/Horrific Management/Constantly Worried about Their Reputation/Fear Congressional Complaints

      Pros

      Meeting some of the terrific professionals in the trenches.

      Cons

      They will lie to you and about you. They preach respect which means keep your mouth shut about the incompetent management. Runs the call center like a Bangladesh sweat shop. No work/life balance. Op sups scream at you, you're told to not do career counseling, just make sure horrible for-profit on-line schools get their government subsidy handout. Don't kid yourself, there is no career counseling being done here.

      Company Undervalues African-American Demographic of Employees

      Provide some work from home opportunities.

      Cons

      Not a work-life balance organization. Promotes unqualified individuals they like over more qualified applicants. Do not value employees with education and skill sets highly sought after by other organizations. Large exodus of minority employees over the past 2 years. Unethical human resources department personnel. Salaries are not set based on professional experience. Limited career growth potential. Unethical hiring and promotion practices.
