      Great until they lost the contract

      Pros

      Things were going well. I had good leadership from both my Zeiders manager and my onsite supervisor. Great work-life balance. Good hours and a manageable workload.

      Cons

      It all fell apart when they lost the contract. The transition was handled poorly. There was little communication, so everyone was confused about the entire process.

      Started out optimistic, but went downhill fast after training. Management leaves a lot to be desired.

      Pros

      Attracted great talent in employees, but everyone is leaving. Work delivered serves great purpose.

      Cons

      Management has no concern for frustrations of staff. Actual work performed not what outlined in contract. No consistency with stated company values and reality. Focus is on numbers, not quality of service delivered. Operating out of fear instead of quality focus. No room for advancement seen.

      Horrible Pay, No tools to get the job done and they lie to you!

      None that I can think of or share.

      Cons

      They lie to you about the state of the contract. They have low salaries, no FMLA protection, an expensive 401k plan, lousy health coverage, and do not give you the tools (ink, business cards...I'm talking basics) to get your job done. They also don't really care about the quality or service provided to the clients - military members and their families. They just want a body in place to be able to bill the government for the slot. In fact, internally they refer to their people as assets...not employees, not team members...assets. That should tell you everything.
