Pros

While witnessing the expansion and renovation of the executive wing in the face of crumbling, outdated office space for the rest, there really is just one pro. It's a job.

Cons

Complete disregard for competent support staff and middle management. Laughable executive hires and promotions of completely incompetent airheads. Rapid growth with no added support. No headcount even when you've demonstrated real need and documented best practices. Obvious discrimination

Summer hours, Sick days, yearly christmas party is nice, lots of leftover food from parties.

Cons

HR is aware of employees that treat others terribly and do not take any action, especially with upper level execs. Some managers do nothing while watching their teams struggle to stay above water, then lie and throw others under the bus for their failures. Management will continue to make empty promises regarding career development until you eventually just give up and quit. If you make complaints, you're told you should be happy that you have a job. There is no accountability and you will constantly have to hold managers accountable as a normal associate making pennies an hour.

For example, celebration parties are part of how we recognize wins with associates. Celebrations are just one component in developing a strong culture. We know you have a choice in employers.
