Big aggressive organization to go to market with.

Cons

Once Zelis acquires your company and converts your customers to their contract they start getting rid of the people from the acquired company. They say they won’t but they do.

Solid claims review system that could use some upgrades and have a better flow.

Cons

They say they are transparent but in reality they only share what they want you to know and then blindside you with multiple changes/additional work. Major inconsistencies with QA and unrealistic expectations from upper management.
