      Pros

      Small work environment.... if that's what you want.... Other than that... this is a good stepping stone for up to 1 year.. after that, you are wasting your time

      Cons

      Inconsistent information from HR to associates. No clear cut answers. And no one knows how to find the answers. HR is not your typical HR and can show bully like tendencies. Unable to process a payrolls correctly. Having consistent issues with over/under deductions and adjustments. New system is not user friendly.

      Really good at doing nothing. Blind leading the blind. Great BSers!

      Horrible benefits, can't get peoples paychecks correct, allow bad behavior from associates/managers . NO LEADERSHIP. giant cluster.
