      Pros

      Remote work was the only positive that I can think of for this company. If they focused more on the concerns communicated to them by their employees they may have less turnover.

      Cons

      Constant CEO changes, management does not care about the lower level employees, low pay, cut throat environment with other departments, high stress, heavy workload.

      Extremely High Turnover for a Reason

      Pros

      Ok pay and benefits. They are self insured for healthcare so watch out if you have medical issues. You will have a target on you.

      Cons

      Zero training, zero room for advancement, extremely high turnover. Everyone from top management to new hires changes out every 2 years. 70 - 80 hour weeks. They will work you until you burnout and either quit or be forced out. Very young, inexperienced workforce. Older employees stick out like a sore thumb. Don't have medical issues, they will be used against you.

      Had to leave.. extremely toxic environment

      Summer Fridays and the monthly lunches

      Cons

      Management isn’t held accountable and is constantly throwing their employees under the bus; no family/life balance as you are expected to be on 24/7; very caddy environment which makes it extremely toxic. Wouldn’t recommend the company to anyone!
