      The management at Zelis are pretty easy going and laid back. As long as you do your work and don't make too many mistakes you'll typically find everyone agreeable. Free lunches are provided at the end of the month. Along with employee raffles to win box tickets to popular music concerts.

      Cons

      Room for career advancement is very limited. It typically takes a long time to move up. However, there is plenty of opportunities for lateral movement should you want to explore another area of the company.
