Growing pains are to be expected, but minimal in comparison with opportunities for growth.

Pros

The hours are good and you have a good work life balance. The staff is friendly and very helpful in training.

Cons

The management does not keep the staff up to date very well. We have town hall meetings but that is not enough.

Overtime is frequently available that is the only pro.

Cons

This is an incoming call center environment (HR should list that in the job description). Angry customers constantly call in. Management are liars, if you want to lie work here. Every incoming call you will receive you will be lying to the customer. This is not a good department to work in, but if you want to feel overworked and undervalued work here.
