      Pros

      I really like the people I work with as well as my supervisor. I also feel that the my well being is just as important as the job. I have worked here for about 3 years now and I still enjoy the environment.

      Cons

      Internally i feel that many changes are made without the information being passed on to the employees. especially in my position it is important for me to be knowledgeable.

      Pros

      One of the reasons I joined Zelis is the opportunity for future growth. I'm looking forward to seeing this company grow as the industry expands and our service offerings to our clients continue to develop. I like the speed of change and the agility within the organization.

      Cons

      Rapid inorganic growth coupled with organic growth can be challenging to absorb but with the right people in place these growing pains will dissipate.
