      Great company with good benefits

      Pros

      In my 10+ year career across different industries and companies, Zelis has been one of the best firms I've worked for. Overall very good work-life balance and company support of initiatives like no-meeting Wednesday afternoons and ending work on Fridays at 3pm (doesn't always happen, but the effort is there!), benefits (401k, flexible/unlimited PTO, healthcare) and ongoing flexibility with WFH/remote work. Leadership genuinely seems to care about the employees and facilitate frequent communication and updates about the business, and it's great to see such a diverse leadership team with good female representation. Company is growing steadily as well and continuing to hire, which is tough to find in this current time period across many industries. Employees are overall very helpful and knowledgeable, which I've found especially beneficial as someone working in healthcare for the first time.

      Cons

      Company definitely has some growing pains as it continues to acquire other firms and integrate across different systems/platforms. Some teams and work can also be quite siloed, so there isn't broad familiarity across projects and products.
