Amazing culture but CONFUSED with work & Scope

The people and the culutre are definitely amazing at this company

Cons

There is a lot of confusion from top down, there is no clarity on if the company is interested in transforming to a company that uses Agile and far as the projects are concerned there is no clear Scope that was developed for any project I've worked on and job security is high as C level employees have been let go

Great work life balance, but Zelis' future is very concerning

Incredible work life balance with remote work, Strong starting compensation (verticals for promotion are far stickier than competitors)

Cons

Horrifically disorganized operationally (partly due to Zelis' difficulty in pivoting business model to evolving regulations in pricing transparency and non-predatory pricing); Overly political workplace environment (very "proudly" woke); Core business KPIs for Zelis were showing a gradual decline as this business model will likely have a role in the healthcare payments space, but continued increases in regulation for payment transparency and non-predatory pricing will heavily shrink Zelis' business model which have already been scene (the company has had significant trouble pivoting which was ultimately the reason for much of our team getting favorable employment offers from competitors)
