Thank you for sharing your review. It is easy to make great friendships in a place where the people are so amazing. We have awesome team members working together in an awesome environment that focuses on hiring, developing and retraining the best talent. We have a high percentage of internal promotions and advancements within the company. LinkedIn Learning is also available to all team members for self-pace professional development and leaders that are willing to help direct your developmental path as well. Thanks for all you have done for ZP. We wish you the best in your future career.

Pros

The community is fantastic. There is an incredible work-life balance and plenty of opportunities to advance your career or explore different fields.

Cons

There's a lack of communication from upper management. It can be difficult to effect change, but not impossible. Pay is lower than industry average.

Thank you for giving a review. We agree that our people are one the best things about working here, which is why one of our corporate pillars is to hire, develop and retain the best, most dedicated people. Communication is also important to the success of our company. We hold multiple opportunities to share information with team members including, All Hands meetings, Town Halls, Ask Me Anything sessions (Q&A) with Senior Leadership, regular 1:1 meetings with managers, e-newsletters and much more. Daxko leadership has an open-door policy and invites individuals for 1:1 coffee and lunch chats. I encourage you to take part of those offerings and share your thoughts about what you feel is missing and how we can improve. If you have any suggestions or want to discuss your concerns, we recommend you reach out to the People Development team. We are always open to listen and receive feedback.

Pros

Some fun perks of the office, seemed like a good fit at first

Cons

Inexperienced leadership run it like a high school lunch room. Managers leave before you do, leaving you isolated on an island. New people stayed to close down all tickets and dealt with mad Australians and all kinds of things which didn't make a lot of sense. Schedule made me feel like I was in the restaurant business again. 7-4 one day, 10-7 the next, then 8-5, 9-6, then 7-4 again. I had never seen any tech companies with schedules like that. Before a long weekend all managers left super early and new people were stuck dealing with tickets and bugs. The software has more bugs than a budget motel.

Thank for your review. We do like our offices and think our perks are fun, too! Our customer service team provides support for health and wellness customers in many different time zones, which drives the need for different schedules. This is not unique to Daxko, but we appreciate your feedback on the scheduling. As far as the “inexperienced leadership” – we do provide many internal opportunities for team members to be promoted into leadership roles to give them career growth. With those promotions, we also offer several in-depth leadership training sessions and resources. If you have any suggestions or want to discuss your concerns, we recommend you reach out to the People Development team. We are always open to listen and receive feedback.
