Great leadership. Love the culture. Need to be a self starter…not for wimps. Very customer oriented….have the flexibility to make decisions without having to go to your supervisor.

Cons

None for hard workers….great support.

Pros

Reluctant to lay off employees, does very well at finding new business. Growth is fast paced, seems to add a new location or two every year.

Cons

With fast growth focus seems to be on new building, many existing locations are in need of expansion but is put on back burner. Management needs a heavier hand, often too lax on reprimand.

Use to have a great reputation, not so much now

Cons

Work environment. I was harassed, and treated like I was two years old. Counter part could do what he wanted even if it was against company policy. I was called out for wearing tennis shoes on a casual Friday. It’s more about a popularity contest than how you do your work. I asked my boss if I could take a tour of a facility, my boss said I could not even though HR and everyone else said I could. If you have an issue with something there is no where to turn without putting a huge target on your back.
