It was good until it was not, the people are all nice to work with

Lots of recent layoff the last few years, I am not sure where my job stands, always walking on eggshells never knowing if you will have a job the next day. They are very closed mouth about the future

They promote employees that are not very capable or productive to management rolls, and they are not in touch with how things actually work. They need to promote employees that actually do their jobs.

co workers were the best part of going to work.

Cons

truck driver pay sucks unless your in the union (minnesota) or in des moines. union was paid north of $30 an hour and des moines was 27 to 30. I was in a smaller/ rural branch getting $23 am hour. pulling dozer, graders and ag equipment.
