Good Company with a Solid Vision

Pros

I get to work with really smart people and am able to make independent business decisions daily. My work matters and due to the size of the company, I'm able to see the direct business impact almost immediately. I have easy access to executive leadership.

Cons

No 401K match although this is offset by a great benefits package and equity options. Two offices sometimes make collaboration challenging, but I know leadership is working on this.

Pros

Lots of great hardworking people working to create the best in class Channel as a service. During my short tenure at Zift we have grown at a tremendous rate, which is exciting but not always perfect.

Cons

The benefits package is above average but there is no 401k match :(

Pros

Strong company growth, wonderful team of individuals to work with every day. There is an ability to learn and grow as an individual contributor. The management team seeks out feedback and takes advice, not something you see at most companies. The product is ahead of the industry and the team continues to innovate, staying one step ahead of the competition. If you like to be the market leader defining what CMM is and how to be successful implementing it, this is the right place to be! However, if you aren't willing to work hard don't bother. Its takes commitment and strong work ethic to be successful at any company, Zift is no exception.

Cons

Company has grown quickly and with that comes the natural challenges of growth.
