Great work environment: co-workers are supportive and intelligent, workload is manageable and coming to work even morning is exciting.

Cons

Takes a while to get caught up as a new employee, but is totally worth it.

Pros

I've been thrilled to see how open and encouraging executive leadership is to employee contributions. Everyone has a voice at Zift. Moreover, instead of being told what to do, employees are expected to share their ideas and work with their teams to bring them to fruition. This is a company that absolutely values strategic input from everyone and emphasizes ongoing professional growth.

Cons

Would love to have a few dedicated workspaces in the office for visitors and those who typically work from home.
