Helpful and friendly culture with great flexibility and work-life balance. So many opportunities to be challenged, wear multiple hats, and learn something new every single day. Every employee has a voice at Zift - the Leadership Team very much welcomes new ideas and feedback. They also have great benefits and are family-friendly.

Cons

Not necessarily a con, but there is always work to be done - you won't be bored! It helps to have strong time management skills, and know how to prioritize many moving parts in a fast-paced environment.

Cons

close to no training provided, usually having to hit the ground running drinking from a firehose, sells features that doesn't exist yet, and doesn't fix what is already sold, no incentives to grow, leadership does not manage, all about the numbers
