Pros

These are smart motivated people with a well-placed, responsive API/SaaS platform that drives automated channel marketing for some big players

Cons

Like most technology companies, integration between engineering, services and sales is difficult. From my observation, they have tried solutions but are impatient and look to technological solutions for communications and coordination where more measured, proven solutions might serve them better than shortcuts.

Pros

Channel Marketing is a tight knit community. Reputation is everything, to be a successful solution provider to this sector. Zift is the first I have found that has earned the trust of both sides of the Channel equation, Channel Marketer and Reseller communities. The Zift team is small, company culture is nurturing, and vision is focused. The Zift management team does a very good job in setting direction, enabling the team, and celebrating individual contribution. Zift's strong company growth generates new and interesting challenges/opportunities on a daily basis. Are you looking for a dynamic company from which to build a career? Zift is the place for you.

Cons

Zift is a small but rapidly growing company servicing well known global brands with complex channel organizations. Customer expectations are high and are not always limited to a 9-5 work day, and like all small companies Zift operates in a perpetual state of limited resources. While never boring, the pace of change and workload can be exhausting. Zift is not the place for you if you are looking for a 9-5 position with clearly defined and repetitive job responsibilities..

Great ideas. Great co-workers. Good office environment. The team works hard, but ...

Cons

Product is too complicated. Just trying to copy competitors. The management team is too geeky. Always worrying about what others would do. Also, don't have a game plan beyond a bunch of tools.
