Thank you for your comments. We are proud of the company and products we have built and I'm glad you are part of the team. After ten years of development, we do still have some remaining projects to complete as we continue the efforts to build the architecture for the future. As you probably know, many teams are building new services more independently and with more flexibility on technology. Our front end is being rebuilt around React.js and more migration to AWS is happening. Having teams work collaboratively on Velocity projects has also been a win as we can make more progress and get buy-in from product teams. Of course, there is always more to do, so I welcome the input if you have ideas you'd like to share. In terms of product planning, our quarterly planning cycle with teams, with everyone from the team included, is a great way to hear and debate the "why" behind the projects that get the green light. If you are not attending those, please ask your manager to be reminded when the next one is scheduled. There should never be any doubt as to why the projects you or your team are working on are important to the company's success as we look to build the best products for our customers. We are always looking for ways to improve, so please continue to share your ideas and constructive feedback. Your manager and I welcome it. I'm always available if you want to talk. Sometimes career growth isn't always apparent, but even in our small team structure, we have been able to provide growth and leadership opportunities for both individual contributors and managers. I encourage you to talk with your manager about this. We are usually looking for engineers to lead projects, mentor others including new hires and lead teams as we grow and create new product teams within the org.
