11yI'm sorry you felt that way about the Lincoln office when you were there. Over the past year, we've made a lot of changes that I think you might find have changed the local office culture for the better. As the person who spends the most time in both offices, I can tell you that although the Lincoln office has its own quirks and personality, with the leadership we now have in place, Lincoln shares the same level of transparency, collaboration and respect for diverse opinions that you see in Seattle. All that said, we'll continue to work on better cross-office communication as Lincoln still has more to learn from Seattle and other offices, and Seattle has a lot to learn from the team in Lincoln.
