      Pros

      Every salesperson is treated like a true professional. We are encouraged to reach our potential but are given freedom with how we sell. Tons of incredible lunches, awards and an all around positive support. I have made the most money and had the most fun while doing it at Zillow!

      Cons

      It is a competitive environment, but that's sales! With uncapped sales potential of course it is going to be a grind at times. The hungriest sales person will win.

      Pros

      Very effective at keeping a positive culture and environment geared towards collaboration and problem solving. The goals are always clear at all levels from the corporate executive level to the department level to the individual teams.

      Cons

      Really not a lot that is not positive. Sometimes new opportunities can be wanting but if you create them management is very receptive to cut you slack.

We are a results-oriented company, a "data meritocracy" which means that the best idea (supported by the best data) wins arguments.       too much bureaucracy, you have to be a favorite of someone to hold your job.
