A thick layer of VPs and middle managers who are more concerned about control. They micromanage their direct reports. They seem more concerned about advancing their own careers than mentoring their direct reports. They take credit for the team's performance. They don't seem concerned about collaborating across orgs even if it will benefit consumers. What happened to customers are our north star?
