Very interesting medical sector, both dental and spine

The salaries are quite good compared to other companies in Barcelona, they care for the employees.

Cons

Since the fusion of dental with spine sector there is little budget for the Complaints Department, and probably for other departments , for more trainings on side or hiring new people or raising the salaries properly. Generally speaking, people are overloaded with work and understaffed in some departments. This can lead to a lot of pressure and demotivation.

The ZImvie is Spin off from Zimmer Biomet, there are only two business departments in the company which is Spine and Dental. The organization is rebuilding in Asia pacific, compared to spine market that products looks shortage.
