If you work for Zimvie in this role most of your co-workers are contract employees from Cognizant and the company tends to outsource more advanced roles since they cost less. Leadership is very inconsistent; some Team Leaders and Managers are great, but others do not have the experience to really provide support or their time is consumed with other responsibilities . Zimvie laid off most of the very experienced employees in 2022 and replaced them with less experienced contract workers. Since that time they do not really seem to value the few tenured workers that they kept. Zimvie has the potential to be a good place to work but they are not headed in the right direction currently. HR would be better served by discussions directly with employees versus the quiz they send out; they are so conspicuously absent that it feels like they don't want to know what is going on, how employees are treated day to day, and whether or not there are red flags flying.

Always pay mind to your paycheck , lots of mistakes. Leadership over obligates lofty sales goals. Compensation isn’t great.
