- Great pay - great resources (if you know the right people) - wonderful to work at IF you’re in the right group

Cons

- impossible to get anything done - people are more apt to tell you “that’s not my job” than problem solve - organization is VERY segmented with many departments duplicating efforts - little to no asset management for the company (I’ve encountered teams using the Dropbox of someone who left the company) - too busy trying to implement the newest tool to actually fix the process -no strict process for budgeting resulting in teams blowing their budget on things that don’t bring value/results - doesn’t invest in their creative employees - if you’re willing to put your life on hold for the company, they will take advantage of that and pile on the work while taking the credit.

Leadership at most levels do not have a cohesive picture of how to move the company forward. Very stuck in their ways of how a work-life balance is meant to be.

- Work life balance - Team members enjoy working with each other - Investing in new technology (NPI) - Growth opportunities for high performers - Relaxed dress code - Investing in education and training

Cons

- Not enough investment in sustaining support roles means stressful operations post-launch - Cost savings always seems to start with cutting needed open positions (not a savings if the position hasn’t been filled) - Large contracted workforce with low tenure can make bigger messes than they were hired to fix
