Pros
Good quality work is noticed and rewarded! The team is always open to new ideas, and one's role is never the same. I actually started as an online tutor, and eventually was recruited for a full-time position in the office. Team members support each other with different tasks, and the work is meaningful and rewarding. The workspace is also really high-energy and fun!
Cons
Expect to be really flexible - it's a demanding job, but worth it!

Cons
they are just terrible, low level and kind of rude with their teachers, sounds like they think they are in Pru or Yemen, knowing the people culture is the fist step and they fail
