Creative, Collaborative, and Flexible Environment

Pros

Management is heavily invested in the success of the company as a whole and the development of individual employees. Coworkers are very collaborative and willing to jump in and help each other. Schedules are flexible within reason. I would be happy to recommend a job here to any of my friends!

Cons

You probably won't be happy here if you don't enjoy problem solving. If you prefer your job to be routine and predictable, this is probably not the right fit for you. The first couple of weeks on the job can be overwhelming because there are so many parts of the business to learn, but people are willing to help you!

Fast Pace Company with High Expectations

Fast Pace, Team Oriented, Opportunity for Growth, Open to ideas, Collaborative, Great for self starters, Open structure learning/training, No 2 days are the same, the list goes on and on

Cons

If you are not a self starter, you need not apply. I find this to be a GOOD thing. Not a lot of structure for day to day, mostly goal and service need driven (which I also like)

Everything seems to good to be true when you work the first two days working here was a nightmare management is terrible L1/L2 team is great but management lacks a huge turnover in the company i lasted barely two weeks before getting hired somewhere else
