Pros

Diverse employee base. Snacks and drinks.

Cons

* Everyone is on a different page and highly unorganized. * No compensation plans or salary plans. Raises are never mentioned. * Employees don't stay long. Extremely high rates of turnover * The method the company uses to collect 1.99 for playing games on the Ziosk device feels unethical; especially since kids are the target. * Leadership & HR is terrible as evidenced by the high rate of turn-over at all levels.

Pros

Easy atmosphere, flexible. Still some smart people left.

Cons

No growth, promotion, or salary increases in sight. Have equity in the company, but it's worth zero. New CEO, other C-level execs, and mid-level managers still haven't adequately communicated a cohesive vision for the future, and things like quarterly updates and transparency have all but vanished. In this vacuum, gossip, rumor, and speculation flourish. Pessimistic about their future. Only a few of the original employees remain. Most of the good ones left.
