I enjoyed some of the people there Steady paycheck

Cons

No onboarding or training - first week or so you’re there, you’re just ignored. Direct supervisors are too busy to offer guidance or feedback. People from other departments are borderline hostile when information or help is requested. Clear favoritism. Inequity with remote/ work from home policies.

little to no process. its an every man for himself environment. you will have to onboard and train yourself. very poor internal communication, problematic favoritism in some departments. little to no feedback, coaching, or employee development.
