Pros

Everyone seems to love to be there and be passionate about the company and what they do. It's growing so quickly. Constantly hiring and never any backfill hiring. Great technology and as technology goes, I'm sure it will only get better and better.

Cons

Very unorganized. No processes in place in any department. They don't share the org chart outside of HR (which is complete nonsense!!) so you don't get the opportunity to learn who people are and their roles. There is no training at all. If you're going to hire people with no technology experience or expertise, you should train them on your technology and how it works from the backend. No work-life balance. Leadership is always working and expect you to do the same.

Pros

Ziosk places android tablets on every table in a restaurant like Chili’s that lets people order food & drinks, play games and pay their check. You can read up on Ziosk by checking out articles in the WSJ, NY Times, Dallas Morning News, Nation’s Restaurant News…There is a lot of info in the press on Ziosk. I’ve been at the company for 5 years and am very happy. We have an amazing, tech savvy CEO who was a former corporate VP at Microsoft and the whole team of very talented and passionate people. The company is growing very rapidly and there is an amazing positive energy in the air. Yes, everyone is working hard, but we are also excited by how we are revolutionizing the dining industry. If you love tech, digital media, Android, tablets, food and want to be part of something really big, then check out Ziosk.

Cons

Overall, things are pretty good here. The team has grown very quickly over the past year and I believe has almost doubled, and the company is looking to hire a lot more people. I know they are looking to expand the office. My best advice is for the company to expand our office space as soon as possible.
