Pros
- Depending on team, things are very flexible - People value your opinions and expertise and care about change - Openness to trying new technology and adapting new process - QA department is competent and nice to work with. - Everyone generally gets along and there are very few people that you won't enjoy working with
Cons
- Pay is not competitive - Overtime is unfortunately common - Achievements go unnoticed. You will get "Thank you" emails from management but all they do is talk. - Very little room for growth. And if you do get a promotion, don't expect a pay raise with it. - Management is very unorganized and pressure engineers on a daily basis
