      Pros

      Used to be a chill place to work. as long as you hit quota nobody would bother you. Now company just constantly expect more out of you till you are fully drained.

      Cons

      Unrealistic expectations of activity and quota Management is mess Pay is going down Training is terrible and doesn’t help you sell. Their push for old market fiber is not reasonable. Some of these area are outrage at Ziply for what they did in the past and they expect you’re supposed to fix it with a 30 second conversation at the door. Huge favoritism at this company 1-3 people will get all the good leads and everyone else gets the scraps. Also benefits sucks be ready to pay a lot into your health insurance

      Of course it is my job to sell, but being the top rep, helping extra with teammates, doing ride alongs with team, and hitting 150%-200% of quota... I should be able to take a week long vacation to visit family. I have the PTO, team is fully staffed and trained, it should all work out. Wrong! Managers get a cut of everyones commission, doesn't care that you need a vacay, they just want their pockets filled.
