Pros

Decent hours, benefits, and experience coworkers

Cons

The company operates only to sold and you can feel it. The lack of support from leadership and technical resources that are being removed to increase profits kills productivity and morale. The contractors are valued over the employees. It definitely feels like you are working for a slippery used car salesmen.
