Transitioning from a publicly traded company that was in bankruptcy to a privately owned company where top leadership is local was a challenge for some. For others, they like less bureaucracy and quick decisions that enable all employees to share ideas and look for innovation. Where there's a way; there's a better way. Many of the 'people ideas' came from the deck plate team members, like the Employee Resource Groups, and various communication and recognition enhancements. Employees get peer recognition monthly and top performers from across the enterprise are recognized annually with a 3-day celebration for the Circle of Excellence. The Ziply Fiber product is best in the industry and it shows in the customer feedback.
